Return & Replacement Window
We offer a 7-day replacement policy and a 3-day hassle-free return policy, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products purchased during a sale or clearance event
- Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Click on Returns & Exchanges on our website, or email us at offlyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or share instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- On receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit, within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing quality inspection.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
Size or product exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.
