Offly – Return & Exchange Policy

At Offly, every piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect quality, comfort, and your unique style. We want you to feel confident with your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, our Return & Exchange Policy makes it easy and fair to resolve.


1. Return & Exchange Window

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 2 days of delivery. Because our pieces are curated with limited quantities and crafted with care, we’re only able to consider requests made within this timeframe.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Show no signs of wear, perfume, stains, or alterations

Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you and will not qualify for refund or exchange.


3. Non‑Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during flash sales or marked Final Sale

  • Customized or altered products

  • Gift cards or store credit


4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued as an Offly Gift Card (valid for 6 months)

Shipping charges are non‑refundable.


5. Exchanges

We allow one‑time exchanges per order. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery.

Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable courier service.

If your return is due to a defect or incorrect product, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse your return shipping cost after verification.


7. International Orders

International returns and exchanges are welcome, but customers are responsible for all shipping and customs duties.
Refunds for international returns are issued as Offly Gift Cards once the returned item is received and inspected.


8. Exceptions & Special Conditions

  • Items purchased with discount codes or promotional offers may only be refunded or exchanged as gift cards.

  • Offly reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item doesn’t meet condition standards.

  • In rare cases, a handling fee may be applied if an item is repeatedly returned without ample reason.


9. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email us at care@offly.com within 2 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Clear images of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
