At Offly, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is confirmed, and another once it has been dispatched with tracking details.

Delivery Timelines

Some pin codes may take slightly longer depending on courier serviceability. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to weather, courier network issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select pin codes within India for orders meeting our COD eligibility criteria.
• A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order directly on our Site using your order number and registered email address.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
• If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, the courier partner may make up to 2–3 attempts before the order is returned to us.

Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 7-day replacement policy and a 3-day hassle-free return policy, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products purchased during a sale or clearance event
• Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by us

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Click on Returns & Exchanges on our website, or email us at offlyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) or share instructions for shipping the item back to us.
4. On receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit, within 7–10 business days of the returned item passing quality inspection.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

Size or product exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.
