Dispatch Timeline

All OFFLY orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.

Please note:

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during high-volume sale periods.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• India: 3–7 business days

• International orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

While we strive for on-time delivery, OFFLY is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

• WhatsApp / SMS

• Email (if provided)

You can use the tracking link to check real-time updates on your shipment.

Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

OFFLY will not be responsible for:

• Delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details

• Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are to be borne by the customer.
